Product Description
The carbonated beverage mixer is the core equipment of carbonated beverage production line.After degassing in degassing unit,water treated is mixed with concentrated syrup in proportion.The process is closed-loop regulated by syrup flow-meter and syrup proportional control valve,so as to output sugar water beverage with stable sugar degree.After cooling by cooling unit,the sugar water beverage is carbonated in the carbonation mixing tube,then output to filler after buffering for a few minute in the buffer tank.
Suitable production:,sprite,soda water,salt soda water,carbonated fruit juice,etc.
Main features
Carbonated drink preparation system is including sugar melting pot, filter, mixing tank, chiller, CO2 mixer, CO2 filter. The core part is CO2 mixer.
It is used for producing all carbonated beverages (water, syrup, and CO2 mixing), for example lemon, fruits juice and so on. It is the main equipment in whole beverage production line. (Especially for middle and higher standard beverage production).
High CO2 mixer is a new type of mixer developed by ourselves on the basis of introducing foreign technology. With its good performance and precision, the mixing and carbonization system provides you with good conditions to produce different kinds of beverages. The equipment has a compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and is equivalent to the advanced level of foreign counterparts.
1) The water tank, syrup tank, and mixing tank of the mixing system are sealed. The upper parts of the three tanks are filled with CO2 gas or other clean gases during the working process to ensure that the mixed liquid will not be polluted by the atmosphere; 2) The mixing precision is high, and the mixing ratio can be adjusted; 3) CIP cleaning can be performed, and hot water or other chemical cleaning fluids can be used for cleaning and disinfection; 4) The whole set of equipment is installed on a stainless steel frame with adjustable legs; 5) It has a wide range of applications and can handle a variety of products such as carbonated beverages and fruit juice beverages;
Equipment configuration It is mainly composed of degassing unit, mixing unit, cooling unit, pre-carbonization unit, carbonization unit, electrical control unit and rack.
1) Degassing unit The system uses a vacuum pump to vacuum the degassing tank to maintain a certain negative pressure in the degassing tank. The treated water enters the degassing tank in the form of mist through the nozzle on the top of the degassing tank. Under the condition of negative pressure, the mist The gas in the water is easier to discharge, which is convenient for the dissolution of carbon dioxide in the subsequent stage and the control of the amount.

The membrane element is reverse osmosis, which can withstand the disinfection ClP treatment. The outer shellis made of alass tlber relntorced Dlastic and stalnless steel, The nner wal and the used pipes are polished anopassivated without dead angle and dead water area to prevent the growth of microorganisms. The valve tableseal ring and all pipelines are all equipped with German automatic welding equipment without wires. Theautomatic welding level reaches the design standards of hygienic level and water hammer resistance specifiedby FDA, and the pure water recovery rate reaches more than 80%.

Recycling air cooling system in oven (option)
Heating system is a mutual feedback and closed loop system, can works in a constant power output, without being affected by voltage fluctuation.
It is mainly suitable for the processing and production of various carbonated beverages, and can also be used for other soft drinks. This machine is the main key equipment in a complete set of carbonated beverage production equipment.
Because of the advanced technology of one-time mixing, the mixing is uniform; the mixing ratio of water and syrup is strictly controlled by the metering device with fine-tuning function, and the average value of the mixing accuracy error is not more than 2%
This machine adopts vacuum deoxidation, and the deoxidation rate is as high as 90% or more; because of the double carbonization method, the gas content of the product is high,usually up to 4.0 times.
The machine adopts a closed system made of stainless steel, and is equipped with a device that can clean the equipment and pipes with disinfectant and hot water to meet the CIP in-situ cleaning, so as to ensure that the beverage produced by the machine meets the hygienic requirements.
CIP cleaning system is widely used in beverage, fruit juice and jam, wine and other highly mechanized food and beverage production enterprises.
CIP cleaning system is mainly composed of acid tank, alkali tank, water tank, concentrated acid concentrated alkali barrel, heating system, diaphragm pump, high and low level, online pH detector and so on. It plays a very important role in ensuring the cleanliness of filling equipment.
The bottle warming machine adopts a three section steam recycling heating design,the water spraying water temperature shall be controlled around 40 degrees. After the bottle go out, the temperature will be around the 25 degrees. Users can fix the temperature according to need. All the end of the warmer, it is equipped with the drying machine to blow the water outside the bottle. It is equipped with the temperature control system. Users can adjusted the temperature by himself
