Bending machine CNC System <optional>
1)The frame is welded by the left and right columns, fuel tank, bench and bottom beam, with high strength and easy installation and debugging.
2)The workbench is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which is used to compensate the deformation of the workbench and the slider and ensure the accuracy of the production parts. The adjustment method is mainly the user to input a numerical value according to the actual Angle error of the workpiece, and the numerical control system will automatically adjust the compensation amount (i. e., adjust the pre-convex amount).
3)The main hydraulic cylinder and slider are the main moving parts of the bending machine. The main hydraulic cylinder structure is mainly composed of cylinder block and piston. The seals are mainly inlet rings with good sealing performance.
4)The mold is a key component of the bending machine, the upper mold with a manual fast clamping mechanism, and segmented. The lower mold is multi-V square mold. For different plate thickness, the slot width is generally 8~10 times the thickness of the workpiece plate. According to different plate thickness, different groove width molds should be selected. The wider the lower mold groove, the smaller the bending force.
5)The rear gear is assembled by ball wire rod, linear guide and adjustable lifting gear. The standard configuration is CNC X-axis, automatic R axis, X-axis travel 0-580mm. The baffle beam is equipped with 4 gear fingers, and the two gears are according to different material width to move the gear.
6)The machine with front carrier rack to facilitate pushing.
